-- Students in the final day of a semester course should return all course textbooks, materials, and outstanding assignments to the course instructor.
Additional Information:
-- All absences must be communicated to the CTC attendance office (for CTC exams) or the TG Main Office (for TG exams) by the day/time of the exam block. If an absence is not accounted for, the students will not be able to make up the assessment.
-- The first assessment begins at 7:30 AM each day. Students must be in their assessment room by 7:25 AM. Students who arrive after 7:30 AM for CTC exams must report to Mr. Galligan; students who arrive after 7:30 AM for Toll Gate exams must report to their Toll Gate Assistant Principal. No student will be admitted to their assessment after the fits 10 minutes of the start time and will have to schedule a make-up assessment with the department chair. Please note that these are two-hour exams and students will not be dismissed before the end of the two-hour block.
-- If a student does not have a first assessment of the day, he/she may arrive at 9:30 AM for the second assessment of the day. Buses will only run on the morning schedule. Students who do not have a first assessment may quietly stay in the Toll Gate cafeteria until 9:40 AM.
-- Breakfast will be available in the Toll Gate cafeteria from 7:00 AM to 7:20 AM.
-- A limited hot lunch option will be provided in the Toll Gate cafeteria from 11:35 AM to 11:50 AM.
-- Buses will arrive at 11:50 AM. Please check the number on the sides of buses, as they are not our usual buses. A list of bus stops will be emailed to all students each day of the assessments. They will also be posted in front of the Toll Gate Main Office.
