The Warwick Area Career and Technical Center (WACTC) joins with other Warwick Schools and the RI Mathematics Teachers Association (RIMTA) to honor the legacy of Mrs. Nicolle "Nikki" Greene. Mrs. Greene was a longstanding, highly respected, and very loved mathematics teacher on the elementary level -- most recently serving at Norwood, Holliman, and Warwick Neck Elementary School.
Inspired by Nikki's service to elementary students, the RIMTA has created a grant designed to help RI preservice and early career elementary educators have the tools, knowledge, and encouragement they need to help all students succeed as they make their way in their new profession. Donations are now being accepted at www.rimta.net.
