Tasca

WARWICK, RI -- Students in the Automotive program at the Warwick Area Career & Technical Center were greeted and visited by Michael Tasca and Timothy Mitchell of the Tasca Ford Automotive Group on Thursday morning, Oct. 9, 2025.

Joining them was Paul Beaudoin of Ford Motors and Aeryz Sebastian-Marcado, a Warwick CTC Alumnus and current Tasca Technician. Each professional who visited gave invaluable perspectives to students on the industry, while stressing future employment opportunities in all areas of the field. "We need you. The industry needs you. I cannot stress how important it is to have highly-qualified individuals ready to jump-in and support the field," Michael Tasca said to a group of rising-automotive technicians in Grades 10-12.

The Automotive program is one of 16 career and technical education (CTE) programs in an ever-growing instructional sector for Warwick Schools. Nearly all of the district's CTE programs are filled to capacity with interested students looking to broaden their experiences and prepare for future careers.
