Press Release for WinWind RI Wind Turbine Competition
This year, 3 teams from the WACTC Engineering, Drafting, & Design program participated in the
competition. Team #1 was composed of our sophomores; Jazmin Budrow,
Conner Jackson, Kyle Stone, & Dezmin Sullivan. Team #2 was composed of
our juniors; Andrew Cahoon, Trevor DiPanni, & Egan Dufresne. Team # 3
was composed of our seniors; Aidan DeClercq, Luciano Niolet, Samuel
Sherman & Joseph Simas.
Congratulations to Andrew Cahoon, Trevor DiPanni, & Egan
Dufresne, for placing 2nd place overall in the Advanced category out of
five schools and nine teams!
