The WACTC Internship Program
WACTC’s Internship Program provides seniors with a real life work experience, working at a business site location as an extenstion of the classroom. Internships offer students the opportunity to enhance knowledge already learned in the classroom while gaining actual job readiness skills within a true work environment.
The mentors in the internship program act as role models and leaders in their field, encouraging and guiding students in achieving their individual goals. In addition to personal and professional milestones, internships promote education, encourage positive work ethics and explore career advancement opportunities.
